UDP!! question/help

UDP!! question/help

this past weekend i got my udp and i went to install it, got everything taken after and i couldnt get the stock crank pulley off, i used an impact gun that didnt work then i tried it by hand used a strap wrench and a braker bar that failed also, whats the deal?
i called nissan and they said its a normal bolt not left handed or anything

no i cant get the bolt off thats the problem

i put a metal pipe around my breaker bar, so that it extended to rest on the ground. then i turned my car (NOT STARTED) to break the bolt loose.

tried using some wd40 or similar product?, that pb blaster (?) stuff i have works really weel with tough bolts/screws

are you auto or 5 speed?

If your auto you have to lock the fly wheel or else you will never get that bolt off.

its auto thats not the problem either the motor doesnt turn that much i still cant get the damn bolt off

u sure? that's how i did it. i even have a video of it. here's a pic:


you can check page 4 of my cardomain, that may help. just crank your car (but don't let it start). the starter should have enough power to break the bolt loose.
