95 ECU in 98 GLE?

Hey, i'm doing my manual swap this week, and i'm thinking about putting the ECU from the donor car (95 GXE) into my 98 GLE. I know some things are different on a 95, but will there be any driveability issues? I don't care about having a CEL, i'll just take that light out.

Thanks,
-Freddy

I have a 95SE, 5-speed. Does anyone know how long the turnaround is for the JWT ecu? A week, a month, longer?
