if it's a PnP system, the bulb should be 9004.

sorry if i sound like an a$$ but here goes. If the bulbs were glued in, that means they ddin't fit the car originally. and if the bulb melted, that means the bulb didn't fit the ballasts. is this correct??? and if they were glued in, even if you get another hid bulb, you'd still have to glue it in. and if you could take the other bulb off, you can see what size they are. but i doubt it this time that its's 9004 since they had to be glued in to fit. otherwise i wouldn't know of a reason someone would glue their hid bulb to the headlamp if they fit correctly

When you get a chance take that "kit" off your car, most of those aftermarket kits are garbage, not to mention illegal, there is no reason for it to melt, if you want to keep hids, get oem parts. http://www.hidplanet.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=3505

You've probably got "hot" (stolen) HID lights from an Acura or some other car. The bulbs are probably D2R or D2S type, thats why their glued into your headlights. Get the bulb out and read the numbers off the base. You can get replacements on line, they run anywhere from 150 on up.
