My best mpg is 400 miles in a tank filled up at 17 gallons. If I drive with the AC on, mixed city/highway driving, normal driving (shifting at 3k RPMs), I get about 350 miles. Once I start getting 280 miles to a tank, I know I need to replace the fuel filter and plugs, and clean the TB. Maybe adding some fuel additive thru the system once a month might give me better results. This is driving in Los Angeles, mind you. Maybe gas on that side of the country has some additives of some sort, who knows I'm just guessing.

You guys lucky that pay under $2.30/gal for gas(im assuming thats premium too). Last I filled up I think it was $2.61/gal for premium. Cost me like 40 bucks for a mere ~15.5 gallons.

The formula for mileage is in the calculator picture. Miles/Gallons as for the km to miles conversion, do a google search for km to miles and you will find that "1 kilometer = 0.621371192 miles" The first hit is a interactive so all you have to do is type a number and click a button.

You are using a computer right, Start, run, type calc, voila, a nifty calc. If that doesn't work look to the google calculator

I like the reference Nismotic.

I live in Pa but work in NJ, gas seems to always be $0.20 cheaper per gallon in NJ, and you don't have to pump it.
Funny enough I had to show a co-worker how to pump gas this past weekend on the way back from auto-x'ing (he's 32, a NJ native).
I think I just paid $2.10 for 89 octane. 89 has gotten as low as $2.05 here in jerzey.

Throughout the almost 2 years of owning my Maxima, I have never filled up 17 gallons. I always averaged anywhere from 19 - 23MPG, most I ever filled was like 16.7 gal; And I thought I was running on fumes at that point.
