Overfilled ATF and broke drain pan bolt.

Overfilled ATF and broke drain pan bolt.
Ok, so I accidentally poured in half a bottle more ATF fluid then I should. I know I should never over fill, but I did. I believe overfilling induces foaming which somehow leads to damage. My question is how long can I drive before this causes significant damage? Can I afford to wait till the weekend or must I drain and fill to proper level now?
I also cleaned the transmission pan and screen, but when reassembling I BROKE one of the 21 pan screws (yeah, I had a very bad day. Let this be an example to me to never work on my car when I have a bad day) . Luckily it is not leaking, but I guess it will happen in a matter of time so I need to get it fixed. Anyone have an idea how much it would cost to drill out a stuck in screw?
On the plus side, the auto is running significantly smoother.
