1999 Maxima - puff of white smoke on startup

Out of blue it started to happen - every now and then I'm geting a puff of smoke when I start the car!
What do you think this might be? Is it going to be expensive to fix?

And no - it can't be water condensation - as san antonio is in 100 degree weather.

Also, a check engine light came on - P0120 - seems like a Throttle position sensor is going out. Can these two be related?

If it was a GM vehicle, then I would say you have a engine gasket(coolant) leak, but with a maxima??? Does it smell?

Not really - but it does have a buish tint to it.

Only does it overnight.
