Hey Stuntin', congrats on FINALLy getting your SFC's. I know you went through a lot to try and get these from the other vendor, i know i appreciate the effort and so does everyone else. So props to you and anyone else who put up the effort.

I'm planning on doing this, but don't know if i really want to go through the hassle. I have access to a car lift at my HS Shop, and i know how to weld, so i am planning on doing this myself. My question is, how were the instructions from Warpspeed? does anyone have some good pictures of one of these installed? I just need something to go by, where to and not to weld etc. Sure its not too complicated, but wanna make sure its done right.

Thanks again to anyone who can post pics/help etc.

I definitely NEED a set, but Warpspeed's attitude when it comes to getting business taken care of is discouraging. I'm going to try to contact them anyway.

yes, you can go onto warpspeed's site, and you can view the instructions. they arent the best, but it give you a good enough of an idea on what needs to be done. i still havent been able to get some pics for you guys yet. things have been real busy.. i spent about 9 hours using a machine to apply compund/swirl mark remover/glaze/wax to my car yesterday, and another hour putting my rims back on. my new headlights/cornerlights/bumper lights and bulbs came in the mail yesterday i still need to put those on. i have the blemcho ltb that needs to go on, and im still waiting for my rear rotors. i just closed on my house today also, and you dont even wanna know what a pain in the arss that was for last few months.

hopefully ill get out of work early enough to run by one of the mechanics i use and ask them to throw the ltb on for me. when there doing that i will make it a point to take some pics of sfc's for you.

she did the same thing to me.. and then i told her that i got an email from dallas saying he had a sets that were ready to ship.. the biggest problem in that place, is nobody knows what anybody else is doing. i dont even think there in the same building. the only advice i can give you, having done this with them over and over again, is to call back and tell them you want to talk to dallas himself. just say listen, im tired of being told someone is going to call me back when nobody does, and you want to eliminate the middle man because all its doing is wasting your time.

Yeah i had the same kinda experience when i tried ordering my ypipe too. I had to call several times before they actually shipped it out. I dont think that lady knows whats going on at all. She kept telling me that i was "on the list" and would ship it out soon. I couldnt care less when i got it, but at least let me know whats going on. If they needed a few weeks to make some, then they at least should tell us.

How can you get upset, they have lives too. It would be much different if their first and foremost occupation was the blehmco business.

I don't understand why people are always getting at Warpspeed....
They're not a HUGE shop, and the Nissan Maxima is not the only car they make parts for...
They give us lots of quality stuff for great prices.
I've been dealing with them for over 2 years, and every transaction has gone awesome.... Even if it sometimes takes a while to get things(even though this never happens with me), they are very friendly, and will work with you to make whatever situation you have right....

Just called and spoke to the lady. Real nice. She told me that they are not ready yet because Dallas is too busy trying to set up the new shop. She told me she COULD take the order now but made no gurantees as to when they'd ship out. She expects them to be ready for next week. However, she suggested to just call back on either Friday or Monday to see if Dallas has started making the next batch...

The saga continues... lol

well, regardless of how big of a shop they are, they shouldnt lie to the customers that keep them in business.. they have been saying " they should be ready in about a week" to people for over a year. its not good businees to just keep dragging people along for the ride. they should rather be honest and say, " we have been trying to get to them, but it doesnt look like we will actually have these ready for at least a few months". also, its amazing that the sect. kept telling me "we dont have any", and then dallas tells me he does. when i called back i was told again " we dont have any", until i finally said , listen, dallas just emails me and told me he could have a set here by friday, and the response was" oh ok let me call him.. amazingly they actually did show up..

the problem is neither person in that company knows what one person is doing, and the other is saying. thats beyond comprehension for a business that small.. its like a governemnt excuse.. no matter how retarted the line is, they put it out there and expect people to buy it. " i smoked pot but i never inhaled" , " i did not have sexual relations with that woman" , " iraq has weapons of mass destruction" , " we will have sfc kits ready by next week"..........

For real, I could care less about how long it takes, just don't lie about it. i call every week just to get the same answer: "Dallas is busy, SFC's will be in production in about a week"

FYI...anyone who lives in the Mid-atlantic...
I spoke the othe day to Piper Motorsports (Manassas/Sterling Va) and they said they could "easily" make Stage I SFC on my car for around $200 total...said it would take about 2 hours to build them "on the car"

so, just letting you guys know, there's a place that can build them. I doubt that there's any interest by them of mass-producing them for shipment, as they are a VERY BUSY performance shop with sponsored GT cars, etc etc, so SFC's are "small business" for them....
