my antenna broke off and i jus tbought another one off of installer.com, i only got the mast... i hope that was all i needed. i have no clue how to replace it thought. is there a writeup somewhere or could someone let me know how its done? thanks

I followed the instructions in my Haynes manual. It's in section 12-10. Worked well.

where is the cheapest place to get a haynes?

You can find some repair info online at www.autozone.com. Click on repair info, then put in your year, make and model.

The antenna info is under "Body and Trim". Here's the direct link to it that I got:

I forgot a step, after repair info, click on "Vehicle repair guides" on the left. then the years will be listed.

You can get a Haynes manual for < $20 at Autozone, Pep Boys, Ebay, etc. It is a must-have resource. It's not perfect, but well worth the 20 bucks.
