Try stripping your wax off 1st by washing with Dawn dishwashing detergent. Then get a clay detailing kit that includes a clay bar and a spray lube. Clay your car according to the directions. After your done it will feel as smooth as a babies bottom. Then wash again and wax!

Why is it every white 4th gen I've seen (including mine) has at least one discolored bumper? Both of mine are, because of both front/rear end accidents, and badly matching repair paint jobs.

But even on cars that don't appear to have accident damage, they have different colored bumpers (slightly, like a shade off).

white is just a hard color to match. it takes differently to bumpers perhaps than on fenders. also, since white is white, if it isn't white, you'll notice.
