Would anything trip a MAF code?

Woluld Anything trip a MAF code?
Typically with a bad maf you usually cant rev over 2.5K correct? I definately can rev far over 2.5K. Would anything fake a Maf code? I also have a IAT code (0401) and o2 (0308) code.
Just want to check before I got purchasing parts that I wont really need.

originally I just had an o2 sensor code. On my way home today I figured I'd stop in at advanced auto parts and get a free scan before I go home and change out the o2 sensor just so I know thats the only problem I have.
now I have:
0102-MAF
0308-unable to obtain Closed loop.
0401-IAT sensor
My codes are changing each time I check. I had o2 sensor but it was 0303 at first (Front Left Heated O2 sensor) now I have 0308 - closed loop control. I think I just clogged up my o2 when I poped the clutch to get my car to start that one time, I will try a reset and taking out the old o2 sensor and trying to clean it out/blowing it out maybe that will restore it.
Wont replace maf or IAT till I know their bad.

you don't have anything to monitor the maf voltage do you?
I know that when mine crapped out a couple of weeks ago, it was giving me funny readings on my safc. see if you can hook a multimeter up to the signal wire and rev it. that should get you a fairly good reading.

same normal driving habbits nothing changed.
The only time I can think, I did try starting the car after putting in my starter (about 1 1/2 weeks ago) and I tried starting without the starter and I think the IAT sensor plugged in, car wouldnt start but tried desperately to crank. I went under the hood and saw they werent plugged in. Plugged in, cranked the car and all was fine. I just remember that moment, but the sensors being unplugged couldnt cause them to go bad. . . there not even plugged in!
I will check it out more tommorow after work.

I think its being tripped as a result of something else, when I get off I'm going to check the maf, put a new o2 sensor in, reset the ecu and see what comes back.
Because it certainly doesnt feel like I have a bad maf, but I'll find out.
