does anyone know where you can watch a sneak preview in the chicagoland area?

 

Here in Austin. Last thursday, there was a prescreening by Universal Studios invite, and about 400 were allowed in. Check with Universal Studios website and see if they have one comin up in your area, but from what I have heard there was only one sneak preview, and it was last week throughout the whole U.S.

But its worth the money. This will please the Max crowd.....there is a Maxima in the movie. Metallic Blue color. I believe its blown....(supercharged).

Lingo in the movie sounds like something you would hear from a late 70's movie. Alot of terms were mis-used, and the dreamy Paul Walker is made out to be the Cop from Hell. NO sex scenes which kinda bit, but oh well. Vin Diesel ends up being a nice guy after all....I will leave the majority of the movie classified.

is the maxima one of the main cars in the movie? or is it just in one race?

 

I believe it was a supercharged max. We met the guy at E-town(the owner) last year. I can't wait to see it. The supra in the movie was also his too.

 

Was one of the cars that was featured alot. The gang of cars that were under Vin Diesel, included the Maxima (belonged to his right hand man), Skyline R33 i believe (belonged to a guy in his "Crew") A Prelude if I remember correctly, which belonged to either his sister, or his girlfriend.

Paul Walker drove the Green Eclipse, until something happened, and then the orange supra. Vin Diesel the mean while is driving the Red Vielslide Rx7. I will leave everything else out.

 

Hmm, another 5.0 owner... Red LX heh? I miss my '90 GT sometimes... ahhh.
