i don't have much experience with HID's or projectors, but from what i do know, that does seem like a really good price. those are some really nice projectors in the TL. where are the ballasts from? TL also, i'm assuming?

$350 for projectors, bulbs, and ballasts (assuming they're all functional) is an awesome price. The projectors themselves usually go for about $280-300. If you don't want it, I'll take it...heheheh!

Here are a few from ebay:
ebay 1
ebay2
ebay3
ebay4

I see that you're bidding on the last one. Good luck!

i would go with the TL instead of the E46, stanley projectors are better made. i guess size will be a concern. I know for sure the E46 bi-x fits the 4th gen lights. i think the TL is slightly bigger than the tsx due to the bi-xenon solenoid, but the tsx fits in mine with room to spare. buy the setup anyways, you can sell it for more money by parting the set out if it doesn't fit

I think org member JSMexUSA has TLs. Had to do quite a bit of hacking but he got them in. The tl are higher end if you have the money but the e46 bixenons are a good choice too. Good luck on it.

TLs cannot fit flush into a 4th gen Maxima headlight due to the location of the bi-xenon solenoid on the projector. You will need to cut a hole at the bottom on the headlight in order for the projector to fit inside. This will possibly subject the solenoid to the elements but this can be easily resolved by molding a fiberglass/plastic cover over it after placement. The protruding solenoid on the bottom of the headlight will not cause any clearance issues since that is a slightly open area in the bumper. Good luck with your install.

I dunno, TLs are nice but how great can your beam be compared to say, the TSXs. I think TLs are a waste considering TSXs also do a fantastic job as well.

sounds like its a good deal but yeah i think it will be a very tight fit, the bi-xenon mechanism on that this is pretty hefty if i recall. the e46 is pretty inexpensive as well and will deffinitly fit. your other option is the e55, thats what i have in my car and they look pretty good in the car if u ask me and the cut off isnt too bad. doesnt beat the color or cut off of a tl projo tho.

This is JsMexUSA's pic. I would stay way from this one if this is your first DIY retro. I would contact him and have him do it.

All e46 singles are basically the same, bixenon e46 is different from e46 single. Check these threads out too. http://www.forums.maxima.org/showthread.php?t=377746

The most popular seems to be the E46s, E55s, and the TSXs. I have the E55s currently.
