cali emmissions

Is there a way to get rid of the cali emmissions on a 99 or is the ecu programmed to different specs?

Also does anyone know the weight of the stock 4th gen SE wheels (5 stars)?

Fed spec conversion. Or maybe get a fed-spec Y-pipe and slap on some O2 simulators.

to make a cali spec into a fed spec.. you need..

fed spec lower intake manifold..( cali spec has swirl control valves in it)..
fed spec front manifold ..(cali spec has a pre-cat built into it)
fed spec y pipe.. (cali spec only has one precat in the rear)

I removed the front precat on my sel, and added the fed spec one with a y pipe, and an o2 sim..
