Bumper painting price?

I'm not sure if this belongs in the detailing forum or not. Tonight my friends grandfather backed into my car; he hit me rear bumper. I haven't seen the damage real clearly because it was raining. It wasn't real bad but enough that I wan't another bumper because of all the money I spend on detailing. My friend's mom said she would pay for it. It didn't the bumber in alittle bit and scrunched up the paint. Not sure if they can use car putty(forgot the name of it) to fill in the dent and just paint it. What would be the cost of this, around $200 for a good one? Sorry for long post.

200 to 250, since there going to have to blend in the paint.. if the shop does a super good job and has a good rep then theyll probably charge you like 300, but it depends on what shop u go to

I just further inspected it and I need a new bumper, the whole left side is dented. There's a super black bumper forsale here for $80, that might blend with my paint for the time being.

Thanks

Yeah, no way it will match dark green...I know the Nissan dark green looks almost black, but if you put a black Maxima next to a dark green Maxima there's a big difference.

I tried to fix my bumper after backing into a wall, denting in the rear corner, used fiberglass and bondo. It looked awesome until i decided i could paint it by myself. Ha, i spent like 50 bucks to have the paint mixed and everything. then I primed painted clearcoated. Looks like total CRAP! haha what a waste of time and money, I'm gunna have to buy a new bumper in the end, anybody try the ones off ebay? $20 plus like $40 shipping?? sounds awesome but idk bout the quality...

I painted mine with can paint. Sand it down as best you can. Apply primer, paint and clearcoat. You can't tell I used a can. Save me at least 100 dollars.
