Brake warning light

This morning after starting my max, the brake warning light (!) stayed on. Yesterday night I had a front flat tire so I used the emergency brake, but the light was off after that. The cable doesn't seams to be blocked... anyway my emergency brake works only at 5-10% of its capacity. I checked the brake liquid level and it's OK.
What could be the problem???

Any help would be apreciated. Thanks.

usually it means your fluid is low or brake pads.

If the fluid level is ok (are you sure?) then it could possibly be the ebrake switch.
Is that the only warning light on?

I'm sure on the fluid level, is at half between min and max. This is the only warning light on.
