I have a 99 se-limited 5spd. I love it. I bought it brand new and the only problems I had were 2 coils went out at the same time and fuel pump went bad but were all replaced under warranty. Hope you enjoy the max

I haven't had any coil pack issues with my 99 Se Cali. Spec Maxima. It has 108,000 miles and still runs like new. I bought it at 39,000 and ony replaced KS, and 3 O2 sensors.

I love it when people question the color. Overall, I get nothing but compliments on the Red.

I have 155K on my 99 and have had no coil problems. Just O2, slave cyl, clutch, and tranny bearings.

Yeah, let's not turn this into another "all 9'9s have coil pack problems" "no, my '99 has 999,999 miles and has original coil packs" threads.

The bottom line is:

--> yes '99s are more likely to have coils go bad
--> no, that's not a good reason not to buy a '99!

hey BlueC, stupid question but do the traction control 99's have a light or switch on the interior? I'm curious to see if I got lucky enough to have that option.
