Just go to a local garage and see what they say...they're good with things like that most of the time...

You dont have to feel bad if you get some professioal help on something electronic like that

If you have auto climate control and your using the AUTO setting the fans will run.
AUTO will run the A/C compressor above 32F.
Compressor on = fans on

I spoke to soon... even on econ the fans run all the time I checked everything twice and even noticed that my coolant was low in the overflow, but i filled it also... So in the long run could it be the thermostat???

I heard that on some cars when engine coolant temp sensor or something similar fails, the ecu keeps the fans running all the time. Check for ecu codes.

You sir are a moron. When the car is off how the f is the alty gonna run ANYTHING?

Anyways I would check for a clogged line in the coolant system. I've seen this happen on a pontiac before same type of symptoms. Thermo didn't help, flush and fill didn't work. And don't just fill it and forget it, that will most likely not fix the problem. Where does the temp stay on the gauge? Normal? Does it ever go above the midpoint?
