i got my engine changed and and when i went for my car the exhausht was making noise right under teh engine, so i figured they didnt do something right with the y-pipe(stock). now my car makes this awful noise like it got a busted exhaust, and it takes a loooooooong time to start, it practically struggles real hard to start.

i got two codes
07 01=Multiple Cylinder Misfire
08 07=EVAP Canister purge control valve/soenoid valve circuit

the first one is selfexplanitory but i dont know what the second one means, so will someplease help me out here
will the misfiring cylinders cause my car to not start properly?
and will the busted exhaust cause the cylider to misfire?

i wanna go take it to the muffler shop but i dont know if that will solve my problem.

Get a haynes manual and look it up probably needs replacing

 

why dont you just take it to where you had the motor done? how loud is it? do a spark check for your misfire and see if an o2 sensor worked its way out.

 

Take it back straightaway. If they're anything like the ones that did my engine-out job last week, half the sensors will be disconnected ...
