95 Max won't start sometimes

I have this wierd problem that doesn't happen all the time. I get into the car and turn the key and all the dash lights come on, but the car doesn't start or even try to start. I hear no noises whatsoever. If I keep trying eventually after like 10-30 tries it will start right up. Is this something to do with the starter or ignition. I am kinda lost on where to start. Thanks.

Sounds like a bad ignition switch.. It could also be the starter or starter relay... next that time that happens, give the starter a few whacks - (I'm serious), if it starts after that, then you have a bad starter.

If it only starts by jiggling the key around - then you need a new ignition switch.

See stickies for details and "searching" can be your friend.
