Whats this squealing mean?

I noticed my front end it sounds like has a squeal kind of like two rubber pieces getting squished together by hand. It happened to me before in the past, but recently it was this past saturday and tonight twice. When it happened sat and earlier tonight those where both 10+ mile drives and it seemed to be louder. As I went home tonight though it was a 5-7 mile drive and the noise didnt happen at first when the car had sat around for 3 hours but when i was home it did again only wasnt as loud. It only seems to show up at 25mph or less and doesnt get worse when I floor it past 25 nor goes away when i brake, just slows down when im breaking. This possibly my bearing heating up and making noises? A few people here and at my home think my bearings might be going bad on account the highway on-ramp grinding noise i get, so this related?

Are you making a turn and hear the squeal, or are you just driving and it is making taht noise? I don't get what you are trying to say here. Can you explain it more throughly?

Im just coasting straight at about 20mph to stop at my house or whatever when it makes the noise. Kind of sounds like I have sand in my brakes or dirt at 20ish then near 5-10mph kind of sounds like im rolling my tire down a slant and slowing it down by placing my hand on the treads kind of noise only louder. Nothing in my brakes and my car is stock lift. This help clear it up a bit?

Try checking out your wheel area, Any bushing to redoing your brakes and cleaning them, not totally replaceing them but just a minor check.
