Wheel Bearings while doing LCAs?

Folks,

I will be replacing the LCAs in the near future and am wondering if it's worthwhile to replace the wheel bearings while I am in there? Are the wheel bearings pressed into the axle? Or will they just fall out when I remove the axle nut?

Any help would be appreciated, in terms of time and effort and cost of these bearing replacement.

The bearings are pressed into the hub. Not hard to do if you have access to a 10-ton press. Two seals and bearing should be about 60-70 bucks.
