Well now that you have it and there is really no way to give it back without a fight, you would have to weight your options pricewise. You paid $5900? someone may buy it of you for $2k maybe? Then you would still have to get another vehicle? You're out at least another 5k maybe? I think I would learn the lesson and fix it up. I know it would be annoying if it never rides like a max again but lesson learned. I personally would paint it, drop it, kit it, and enjoy it...unless the ride is real bad. And yes I would try to get electrical that was ecu dependant/engine dependant fixed as well (provided it doesn't go over $1-1.5k). Just do what you can to enjoy it cause you paid for it. I paid alot for my max as a lease turn in and am still paying for it, lesson learned, I moved on, next time I will do better.
