I think it is a bunch of JUNK!! Hard to find quality stuff on E-bay these days. Stick with an optima battery you'll be fine.

I don't know, but I sent an email to GReddy with a link to the item asking them if it was being advertised legitimately. So we'll see.

I couldn't find the item on their website tho. So either it's older or it's just part of a system but not the whole system?

I'm betting it is a other company with a Greddy sticker. Just like all of the Nismo oil caps out there.

from the desc; sounds like its a capacitor (or bank). But it can't have much capacitance for that price. Huge power bank won't be much use unless you draw lots of power for a short period (ie to make a boom). IMO; grounding kits cant really help much either. I have measured about .07-.1V difference between various grounding points on the maxima. I am not really sure how much power can be lost due to that lil drop. Are there any Dyno data available to show the gains of a grounding kit?

Import Tuner got around 11whp from a grounding kit on a 97 Max. But that's hard to believe.

that sounds unreal. Roughly assuming 25% power train loss, thats around 7% increase in power over stock. Where does that extra lil juice produce that much power at? spark plugs? maybe they added an air intake while they were at it

What Import Tuner had a 97 Max in it? I will be scouring eBay all night for this one.

They seem to be just like capactiors.. but really cheap? Someone has to buy one and crack it open to see if anything is inside

OK guys, first of all... that is not a Greddy product because i have that on my car it looks the same, but this ebay seller seemed to put a greddy sticker on the thing to make it look better, but its not. i got it from a friend that sells Ground Kits and that Stabilizer...honest truth....

No HP gain, no TQ gain, but my voltage is running a lot higher and smooth.
i think its worth it for the price since i have a stereo and all and my lights do not really seem to dim when i bump it~!

If you rub it, a magic Genie will appear and change your motor immediately for a VQ35. What total bollox people buy from EBay.

Received the reply from GReddy. Here ya go.

Date: 4/26/2006 4:40:48 P.M. Pacific Standard Time
From: info@greddy.com

This is not a GReddy product it is a fake . We do not make that item . Thank you for the Email and we will look into this . We do not recomend Ebay for purchasing our product because there are alot of fakes out there. Your best bet is to go through an Authorized GReddy Dealer , Also if you purchase from ebay it is considered 2nd hand so our warranty will not apply.
So I guess that settles it, this ebay seller is a fraud.

I'd say its a capacitor but not a very large capacitance to be of any value. I'd guess the guage of the wires to be 12 guage. If you needed a cap because of your stereo sub woofer, this sure as heck wouldn't do it.

Did anyone read down to see the disclaimer "all sales final"? You buy this and you've been bent over, had your pants pulled down and been reamed.
