97 SE with clutch problems

97 SE with clutch problems
I've got a '97 SE. The clutch pedal is dead for about 75% of the travel and just barely disengages the clutch before getting to the floor.
1) I've taken the transmission down and checked the clutch. It looks good.
2) I've replaced the fluid and bled the system at the slave cylinder.
3) I've replaced the master cylinder.
4) I've adjusted the master cylinder shaft to bring the clutch pedal up as high as possible. It is extended to the end of it's travel and the clutch still will just barely release by the time my foot is to the floor. Sometimes it will creep a little when it is in gear and the clutch is to the floor.
The only things I can think of yet are the slave cylinder or the soft hydraulic line.
I've got a lot of labor into this with no postive results yet and could use some help. Thanks.

I think you should just replace the Slave Cylinder and see if that fixes anything. Sounds to me like its a Slave Cylinder Issue. They're like $25-$35 Aftermarket. IMO that should have been #1 on the list
