What size speakers do our 4 Gen maximas have in the back, Does anyone know? Is it 5.5 in?Also any suggestions on some good rear speakers that can handle some good bass? The ones I have sound like they're about to blow, I replaced the whole speaker sytem like 4 years ago and now I think it's that time again...of course more money that I don't have to spend..it makes me sick... drop me some lines.....

Pretty sure they're 6.5s in the rear.

But you should still go to the audio forum.

the speakers are a metric size. 6.5 inch is pretty close but 6.75 inch is even closer. i bought Polk DB650 and had to angle the mounting screws. took them back and got the DB675 and the screws went straight through the holes. the Polk speakers sound real nice.
