It looks nice but that brown is little bit too dark for that type of interior IMO. Over all it looks decent. Where did you get it from?

Looks good.

Mine's still going strong.

It's real leather, yes, and they send you the samples for like $10 I think? But if you order a wheelskin afterwards you get $5 off.

Well black looks and matches better as long as you have a black steering wheel... but don't do something stupid and get a black one for a brown/beige steering wheel.

Also, Kevlo, I would complain a little since the perforated ones are like $5 more than the "simple" 2 tones. It's possible that you selected the europerf option but didn't choose one of the sides to be perforated, and they just said "screw it we're still charging him for it." It could be an easy $5.

How do you have digital temperature controls in your car? I've got the slider thing and the turning **** for temperature.

I always thought wheel skins would look gay but they don't like that bad....

Morpheus has a Nissan leather wrapped steering wheel. That comes standard on all Nissan SE models. It's not "wheelskins". As far as the auto A/C controls, not all cars come with "manual", you know. The auto A/C are usually offered from Nissan in certain models as "conmfort and convenience" package (stard on on all GLE models, though). Sorry, Juicy and Morpheus, just had to chime in a little.

Well said, I have the black SE leather wrap (and the auto-climate controls) in my 97 SE. Combo of the SE package and one other (leather package)?

The leather on my wheel was gone at the top and looked disgusting, that is why I got this.

Yeah, when I had a '95 it did the same thing. I had purchased a wheelskins cover (dark brown). Man, that was a b!tch to stretch and keep it tight when I did the install. The factory Nissan SE model leather wrapped steering wheel covers hold up much better and are of better quality. I have a 2K SE and it still looks good as new.

Actually it is a wheelskin. haha... it's just matched to the stock appearance, black leather with perforated sides.

I can't find the site that I bought it from, but you can find them around for pretty cheap: http://froogle.google.com/ (search "wheelskins" obviously)

Install takes about an hour if you do it right. It's very simple, just time consuming. Make sure you pull each stitch tight and you'll be very happy with the end result.

I bought mine on eBay.. the seller, brandnewelectronics, ABSOLUTELY ROCKS.
Here's a link to his eBay store

I got mine for around $32 shipped?

I'll take pics and post them up. Black leather over the old OEM worn down leather. It looks AWESOME!! (so awesome that I ordered 2 more for my other car and my friends car)

Real leather. It's those little things that make you love your Maxima all over again. Makes the car feel NEW

Your wish is my command. I showed the seller (that I listed above) this thread as appreciation for being such a superb seller.

He stated that SAMPLES ARE FREE! Including cost of shipping!!#@%$@$@%
Contact him at info@brand-new.us, and he'll send you free samples of the leathers.

I am no way affiliated with this seller. (although right now, it sounds like I am) I've ordered twice from this guy on eBay and he shipped out same day. When my friend decided he wanted to change the color of the order, I emailed the seller and he had no problem making the changes.

Looks real sharp.

How is it exactly installed? Just slide right over the wheel and your done?

My wheel could definetly use this, but I need to upgrade my wheel to a 97-99 wheel, 95-96 wheel

They come in different sizes, depending on your car
It comes with a thick layered thread and needle
You have to lace it up (like an OEM piece)

That black one is real hot. I'm a big guy, so when I get in my right pocket usually rubs against the steering wheel. Unfortunately, the only time the ink (black ) or whatever from the wear and tear shows up is when I'm wearing khakis. So I'm definitely thinking about getting one of these.

I wanted to order from that site but could not find it when I ordered mine.

I got mine from http://www.drivewerks.com/catalog/ac...Skins_main.htm instead.

Just find a site that will ask what you want perforated(top/bottom or sides)

Okay, to answer some questions, I think I got mine from a place called "brand new" something or other--they have ebay auctions too I think. I paid $38 shipped, and I got the perforated model ($10 more than the regular one if it's worth it to you, if you want two-tone then it's $5 more than the regular one). Yes, I specified that I wanted the sides perforated and not the top/bottom, to match the stock wheel.
