free from a friend and i have the eyelids from ionic dynamics.....they also have hoods

CarbonEfx has some really nice hoods, check there site or ebay.
Mine is a Importfan/C wings hood. It has rolled edges.

CarbonEFX for me. I bought it like a year ago when they first showed up on fleabay. I paid $360 or so after I sold the eyelids that came with it. I think they are more expensive now.

If your going to paint it, you might consider just getting a fiberglass one. It should be cheaper then a CF hood.

What is the difference between them? The fiberglass is still as light as the CF or is it a little heavier?
