i can do it in 10 minutes - id say 30 minutes for the first time unless things are stuck. this is how to do it:

what you need:
-14mm socket
-12mm socket
-a rachet

how to do:

-use the 14mm socket and rachet to loosen the only horizontal bolt going through the bracket in the engine bay, and the engine mount connected to the motor (remove from the front side of the engine bay - i believe the rear side has a nut welded onto the bracket attached to the body). dont remove this nut or you will have problems, just loosen it.

-next, you will see two vertical bolts on the engine side - one sticking up and one sticking down. use your rachet to remove the nuts on them (either one first), they are both 14mm i think.

-there is one, maybe two more bolts left. these are also oriented vertically but they are in the center of the mount, between those two bolts you just removed the nuts from. these are 12mm i think but i may be wrong. remove these as well.

-finally, remove the first bolt you loosened (you may have to pry it out due to the weight of the motor pushing on the mount) and then its a matter of just sliding the mount out with a little wiggling and some force.

What is supporting the motor at this point, since the mount is removed?

Its probably a good idea to get a jack and a peice of a 2x4 and just take the weight off the motor via the oil pan. Make sure you use the 2x4 between the jack and the pan

The other 3 mounts. They can support the motor indefinitely with no problems (speaking from experience).

using a flat piece of wood and a jack under the oil pan and lift *just* slightly will make it much easier to take out the cross bolt.
