Performance issues need help

Hi everyone- I have a 95 SE 5-speed. I do not have any codes or a check engine light. Have kept excellent maintance on the car-have owned for 5 years now. The car has 122k and is very sluggish. It starts and idles perfectly- just has no get up and go no low end power- plus I get maybe 17 MPG. Is anyone else having this problem? I cant be the only one. ANy feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

try cleaning your throttle body or changing the fuel filter.

I have kept up on all these things and tuneing up as well. I havent changed my O2 sensors in the front yet havent had a code yet. I did change the rear when it went out though. I know it has to be something simple I just cant figure it out.

KS is the only thing I can think of, sounds exactly like the symptoms and a lot of times they get "ghost codes" so your CEL doesn't come on. But if you've checked already then I dunno what to tell you.

little bit of a PITA to replace but thats most likely your problem. Pull the codes as if there were codes showin up, see what comes up. 20 bucks says its a knock sensor code. I'm pretty sure theres a write-up around here somewhere just do a quick search.

Not to be redundant, but I had same issues with my ks and it wouldn't show a code, I only knew it was bad b/c I checked the code.
