Fuel leak... wtf?!?!?... continued

I think I have found the source of my leak (see below, sorry for the grainy photo)

My question is this: does anyone else have a photo of their engine bay that can show me what this assembly (called the "fuel tube assembly" in Nissan FAST) is SUPPOSED to look like? It looks as if a plastic ring inside the metal ring surrounding the tube leading to the fuel rail has ruptured. I want to know if the pastic ring is supposed to look like mine does (it looks like it has split)

I can't tell from your picture but I went to do my injectors yesterday and from what I can remember it should not be split, best bet is leave the car running and see if fuel is coming from there.
