so... i need help! please!

I have a 99 SE-L, and i when i go to start my car, everything just shuts off. I turn my key and all i get is a click, and all power gets taken away. So this has been happening for a while, and all i would do is take the negative cable off my battery and put it back on, and it will usually turn on.

this morning i was leaving for work, and it happened again, so i tried about 15 times by reseting the battery, and it still wont turn on, i just got home tried several more times, and it still isnt going..... anyone got any ideas on what could be happening?

i have a feeling it has something to do with the ****ty immobilizer in the car

Chect the connector plug ins @ pos. batt. term. They will corrode at times. And of course a battery load test & charging sys. ck. You can buy a cheap battery hydrometer at the zone and specific gavity of each cell also.

take a hammer and beat up ur battery terminals, if the click is fast and lasts as long as u try to start, its prolly just a bad connection
