BUT.. thanks to him ( and you for refering me to the site ), im canceling my order for the courtesy b- pipe. i also had recieved an email from courtesy nissan stating that the b-pipe was on back order for the next week and a half. i need parts now!! im now going to order the stillen b- pipe, and mabye even the y pipe from them too. it would kinda make sense to keep everything from the same manufacturer, and im begining to loose faith in warpspeed. first off, you cant order the pipe over the net on their page as far as i could tell. secondly, i emailed them requesting some more information on the pipe 2 days ago and i still havent had a response. i would have probably ordered it rite then and there if i could have on their site with a credit card. too bad for them cause i also had my eye on their CAI also.. hehe. and also having the problems i already do with cattman, which is also a small private business, i think im just asking for trouble again if i go with warpspeed. anyone have their intake system? thoughts on it?? oh.. ! and also one more thing.. part of the reason im replacing the entire exhaust is because the hangers are rusting off. are the hangers on the stock cat part of the cat itself or are they a seperate peice im going to need to reuse with the cat from random technology? or does the new cat have its own brackets? or will i need to go out and purchase new ones from nissan?? thanks again.. <-- dazed and confused
If you haven't already ordered the Stillen B-pipe and Y-pipe get a quote from Avalon Racing (www.avalonracing.net). (Sometimes you have to pester them for a response.) There prices are cheaper than going through Stillen directly. If your hangers are rusted I would recommend getting new ones from Nissan. Actually, Greg Prete's site has a lot of the part numbers for the hardware. Also, the Stillen B-pipe does not come with the bolts that connect the B-pipe to the muffler (see Greg Prete's Stillen B-Pipe write-up). Last thing, if your exhaust is that rusty you may want to replace your O2 sensors too...

It's ALWAYS cheaper not to go through stillen. Also try Phoung at www.eatricezone.com

just to keep people updated...

I did quite a bit of ordering too. I have my Y pipe from Cattman ordered. Hopefully ship this coming week. I have my cold air intake that will be put in Monday. THen I am going to order APEXi catback exhaust for Catalytic through muffler part of exhaust. That piece will be about 450.00. Springs are bought and so are both front and rear tower strut stabilizers. NExt is Unorthodox Pulley and belts. 210 from Courtesy Nissan...This is addictive....

I ll put in my two sense i only had a K & N filter and the greddy exhaust on my car but I kept on reading about the y pipes and I finally ordered one for my car from cattman and I am here to tell you that it will give you power that is the one part that you feel the power and yeah it makes a bit more noise but I dont care sounds nice to me. It doesnt sound like air blowing thruough a coke can that I can vouch for it makes a deep throaty noise.

Y-pipes are good, as long as you don't get a Warpspeed pipe. I have a leak in my flex section and I've been trying to get it fixed for months, but they keep jerking me around.
They promised me over and over that I would get a replacement pipe and then after months of BS they want to charge me for a replacement flex section that I would have to get installed.
They seem real nice and make great promises...but they just don't come through.

I'll eat the $300+ and get a real Y-pipe - a Cattman.

To reply to you guys that want me to buy for you too. In a word, um,,, no. I will be eating tuna and rice for months to recover. Once the bug hits, you have to buy the stuff. I think I have a guy to put it all on too so that I have one point of contact for all performance issues.

Your lucky. It is hard to find people who do performance mods that you can not only trust to know what they are doing, but also not rip you off.

I dont think that most of the parts are hard to put on yourself. Its just finding the time to do them that is the real problem.

I don't have a place to do the work myself so this is good. I may even put on his graphics to advertise for him. In Houston, there are plentyu of people to choose from but not many that have touched Maximas....
