good rubber maintenance

hey everyone,

what is a good way to maintain CV joint boots, so that they dont crack and tear so easily? I am in NH so there is some bad weather i have to drive in.

also, along the same lines, is there a good way to maintain sunroof rubber seal along the edges of the glass? prevent it from cracking and fading so easily?

what about weatherstripping? edges of windshields? inside door jams?

thanks !!

Personally I use Silacone spray, or maybe there is a specific product that does everything you stated above. Maybe try doing a search.
