try to tighten the bolt holding the spring in place.. right in the center of your strut mount just inside the engine

Probably a 19mm deep socket.
I had just swapped back my Eibachs on my front struts yesterday. IIRC its torqued to 45 lbs.

lol, yeah actually it is dumbass, the strut plate holds that in place as well as the strut. i also have a upper tie rod thats bad as well, so its allowing that spring more movement than it should have. i looked at the receipt from the dealer and did'nt see the upper tie rod on there, and it aint gonna be cheap to replace the front suspension. plates, struts boots and tie rod and struts are gonna kill me in the pocket. anyone know a good online sight for reasonable parts??? any help is appreciated><><>

Once again, you're spring is not loose. The weight of the car compresses the spring, if it wasnt then I doubt you would be driving it. Other things might be loose(strut mounts, ball joints, tie rods, ect..) but not the springs themselves.
I think it is impossible for a spring to move around in our macpherson style suspension.
And we have no upper tie rods, only lower.

first off, grow up dude. i'm not a mechanic and thats what the dealer wrote on the invoice, i'm just trying to figure out what needs to be done first so i don't have a serious issue. instead of typing immature little posts, why don't you use your vast knowledge and put in your 2 cents?? kevlo911 is doing that and thats what i need, not little smartass comments.........
