In general, yes.

You might want to remove the door panel first to see if the motor also has a stripped gear on it.

I've purchased window regulator 's from Amazon.
They work well.

Probably has a balled up regulator cable or off track....Easy fix in Nissans also check Rock Auto or Parts Geek.
