I am planning to buy used OEM foglights, but I am only buying the housing (only the glass thing). Does anyone know where to get the mounting brackets, and the rubber that goes around the fog (dunno the name of that) or other things I might need??

Also, 96 GXE's come prewired for fogs, right?

 

Good luck finding the other things, which as you said are the brackets, the gasket, but then there are the relay, and the turn signal stalk, which is the in car switch. The GXE's WITH the C&C package should come wired for them. If you have a power driver's seat, you [i]should[/] have the wiring harness behind the headlights under the bumper.
