Problem....

so when my car is warm and im driving and i come to a stop the rpm's come to a really low dip almost liek the car is about to stall out around 300 rpm's. Thats not the only problem when i turn on the lights the rpms die down a little and even when i use the power windows or sunroof the rpm's dip down a little... anybody know what it could be? i searched couldnt find anything

I know when my Idle was having issues i had a code for a EVAP systems control valve or sumthing of that nature. anyways, after I changed mt PCV valve, it went away and everything set itself back to normal. my idle actually jumped up and down so i dunno. just giving ya some ideas...
