4100.00 just for the installation ??? Thats more than the supercharger itself ! But, as all car dealerships, Nissan is over-expensive. If I were you I would try to find a local shop and see how much they charge. Or, if you had a friend who is really car-smart, you guys could plan a day and do it yourselves.

I went to Nissan today and they said they would put the super on for $4,100. They can do this to any Max., new or used. Oh yeah, and it is Stillen's. I don't know if all Nissan dealerships will but the one in Woodbridge will. Well, if you have any questions, I can ask them for you.

From what I read he said that they will install a supercharger (that you buy from them) for $4,100. Since the still runs around the $3k+ range it would make sense...

hmmmm, lets say they make $70/ 1/2 hour that would mean it's a 58 hour job...yeah prob includes the supercharger too, which is still a bit high.

It appears he mistyped the word "not" as "no", and he improperly used the word "to" rather than "too". I believe he meant to write, "Not installed. Sorry, not too clear."

Illiteracy is an epidemic in this country.

Old news. Heard about that two years ago. What's the point? The same dealership after the SC install will still NOT going to honor your warranty. It's not like they are doing what TRD is doing for Toyota.

Totally ignoring the comma and the period keys is not a typing error. It's illiteracy. My guess is not that you're lazy (although that may be true), but rather that you don't know how to use them.
Spelling the word meant without the "e" is a typing error (probably).
Spelling the word typing with that missing "e," however, I'm not so sure is a typing error. It looks more like another checkmark in the "illiteracy" column.

Hooked on phonics worked for me.

Try not to be so bitter about your lack of punctuation and communication skills. It's not anyone's fault but your own.

I think it's a disgrace that dealers will install them, but Nissan won't back them up. Rather oxymoronic isn't it?

If I didn't know you were illiterate I'd swear you were coming on to me.

I do find it hard to meet women. I don't much care for my fiancee's wrath.

What maturity. Why must you take cheap shots, when it's your own fault for not being able to punctuate sentences?

lol all you have is your max

And all you have is your grammar. I guess that means you have nothing as well.

Again, Hooked on Phonics worked for me.

Anyone else see the irony in the fact that he spelled 'typing' wrong (typeing) when he was trying to talk down to everyone? I love it! The fact that he called everyone's sex-appeal into the picture was icing on the cake! Anyone care to guess his age?

Hey-
It's about time this is brought up. I have to say that there's room for spelling errors, but being lazy and stupid just pushes me over the edge. One of our finest people on the list, EMAX95, is a horrible speller. At times, I avoid his posts because it ticks me off so much However, his spelling is mild caompared to others on here. Maybe I need to relax, I know---ha,ha

Thank you for the info, Mark. I didn't know Nissan would install them, but it doesn't really matter because of my lack of SC-level funds.

Closing other harmless threads.

Daniel, I did post a thread in the 4th Gen forum. Do you think you can find some answers to my question.
Thanks.

Every Nissan dealership is an independent business. Some are willing to install aftermarket devices which are not approved by Nissan. If you asked them to do this, and they complied, why should Nissan "back them up"?
