My97Maxima

I posted eariler about a loud A/C compressor. I finally took it to a new mechanic. He told me the compressor was bad. DAMM! Well anyway I decided to go ahead and take care of it because it was getting louder. I went to Auto Zone and got a rebuilt compressor for 250 w/ 1yr warranty. The guy only charged me 155 for installation and r134. This compressor is not a quite as I hoped for but much better. I though that was a good price for everthing. 405.00. Just thought I'd share. Oh, my max is a 97 w/60k. To soon for a compressor failure.
