When is it time for a fuel filter change?
From your owner's manual:
If vehicle is operated under extremely adverse weather conditions or in areas where ambient temperatures are either extremely low or extremely high, the filter might become clogged. In such an event, replace it immediately.
At your mileage, it would probably be wise to change your fuel filter. It's not that hard if you don't have ABS.

Time is now
I actually have to go about doing it maybe this weekend or sometime soon. I have seen alot of people say around every 30k so hopefully since I just got the car and it is approaching 60K with this and a few other things like plugs and oil change will get it tuned up so I will have no troubles.

Click on Engine in the left hand window.
Click on Inside the Gas Filter.
