Maxima makes a remix?

ok ok, the title is better then the problem.. But recently when i go to start my car... not all the time... but sometimes.. it like messes up, makes a hella weird noise during the turn over phase, and if i keep holding the key, it starts (total time to start 2 secs, with the noise) does that mean my starter is going again? or?

ideas?

I think that your starter wont slowly go bad, its an all or nothing thing, so its probably not your starter.

I could be wrong though.
