Mobil 1 5w30 or 10w30 is what your looking for. 10w30 is a bit thicker and can be used in places that have warmer weather such as California, if you got cold weather 5w30.

High mileage has additives in it, one thing it does is swell seals so that it reduces the chances for leaks and stuff, but if you do regular oil changes, you probably dont need it.

Also check stickies for more info.

hmm.....U can buy royal purple at Wal-mart, I wouldn't waste my money on it really I tryed it before it works but close to $35-40 a oil change compared too $25-30 for mobil 1 for a slight performance gain and I mean slight

U only need 4 1/2 quarts to be exact but 4 will do fine its in Ur owners manual thats really kind of a dumb ques.

I think there is to much hype when it comes to motor oil. I have been using Mobil, Castrol and yes even a store brand if the name brands are overpriced in all my family cars. My Maxima and Altima are just short of 160k, my Dodge minivan and Chev. Blazer are near 125k. I change the oil and filter between 4 and 5k and none of them use any more than 1/2 quart between changes.
Oil with the API logo should be good for most vehicles
