I have a need (nothing to do with the drop resistor) for installing a contact switch that is closed when the throttle is wide open, and, so far, I have not found a suitable location for installing the switch.

I did see one photo of the switch attached to the throttle body, but it is only one side and does not show how to attach it.

I fashioned a 'bracket' out of a coat hanger and mounted my switch on the rear left-most valve cover bolt.
