HID blinked!

I had this kit bought from eBay (not very high quality I suppose). I was using it with D2S bulbs and it blinked sometimes, and now I am using it with 9004 (with shields) and it sometimes blinks also. It doesn't happen very often. Both side blink, on the same car.

So I ruled out the bulb factor. Of course, it could be the ballasts. Before I have some spare money and buy another better set, I'd like to understand what could also possibly cause this, bad battery?

FYI, I also noticed that the screen of the BOSE unit I have sometimes is fluctuant..... If I turn the unit off and right back on, it would turn back to normal.

Thanks in advance....

Bad grounding I suspect, do you have a relay harness taking power difrectly from the battery? If not, I'd get one ASAP. Also might be a good time to spend that extra $ and do the Big 3 mod.

Yes. I checked all the connections related to HID. Even soldered some of them.....

Right now only low beams are connected. I do have connections for high beams on my relay but not yet connected to anything.
