how can i do it myself? I know i basically paint the outer boundaries, but would rather have someone with some experience tell me basic directions if you could. Is the corner of the headlights smoked as well? And how to do the bumper lights. Thanks I want to get this look down before the new year!

All you have to do is take the apart and paint it black. There is a write up about it. But all you need to do is open,paint ,and close and you are done.

Definitely '97-'99 because of the plastic headlights. You and I are **** out of luck with the glass headlights. It can be done, but its not as noticeable as say a '97.
