I adjusted the tps like it says to closed throttle to be at 500ohms. Then it should be at 4000 ohms at WOT. My wot only goes to 3575 ohms. When I tested the tps for voltage it reads 5v just like in book and stickies. The car drives fine I was jus wondering why wot doesnt goto 4000ohms. Could it be b/c of my jwt ecu?

It has nothing to do with your ECU. As long as your idle ohms are set right, then your WOT is whatever it is.

I wouldnt worry about it.
