Steering problem?

I'm just trying to figure out what could be wrong with my car. I recently had a front wheel alignment (about3 weeks ago) from hitting a curb a while ago. In the past few days there is a rubbing sound coming from my front left side. It only happens when turning, and once the car is warm from turning fast from one way to the other. It seems to make a rubbing sound, cant really explain it, its like the sound you get when you run a half dry squeege across a windshield. It sort of slides but hesitates. I dont know either if its bad or just annoying....any help appreciated. Oh and its not like the wheel rubbing or anything, I checked, maybe its something not gettin lubrication or something?

hmmm...the most common problem is the wheel well cover, make sure it is not loose, maybe when u hit the curb it popped out or got loose.

I didn't check the fluid because its only on one side that it makes the noise....and its not the side that I hit the curb with that needed aligning...I'll look at the wheel well cover, but what am i looking for specifically?

A clunking/grinding noise when turning the steering wheel can be a sign of worn out strut bearings. Check out

for more info on the strut bearing.
