Fuse by battery infront of drivers side named FR fog 15V looks like it doesnt work. the connection looks broken compared to other fuse and it is broken. i believe this why they wont turn on. right? or way off?

i changed bulbs and tried turning on and they wouldnt so i went to work came back and took them off unpluged them changed the connection to the fog light.(the white strip that connects to red wire). is there a wrong way to connect it? like upside down can this make them not work?

well first change the fuse durr! lol. and the gound goes to the lil pin by the retainer clip and the wire attached to the bulb goes to the actual harness one.

No, it's just a regular spade connection.

And yes, a blown fuse would keep them from turning on. Replace the fuse, check the connections.

im having the same issue with my fogs right now also. i have a conversion kit and have tested it on my upper lights and they work fine... hoping its a fuse

i switched out fuse and next one blew out. So i was sure there was a wire stripped or something. so i disconnected one fog and switched fuse and it turned on, no fuse burnt so i look into fog light and where there is a connection that the fog bulb connects to the red wire it is suppose to be covered by that white plastic/rubber thing wasnt on it so i made it slide into place and now it worked no fuse blown.

yea.... have fun testing a circuit that has a bulb (or a small resistance) with a dmm...

for those that dont know.. a test light is for finding if the wire has a ground or voltage running to it.. a dmm is for finding if the wire is cut or not... obviously u need both.. but if ur looking stupid problems like this one where u probably have ur +12vdc short to ground a test light is what u need..
