Sealing Headlights ??

I did a Retro and I sealed my lights nice and good, fronts and back and they are still getting condensation in them. Im going to take them off again and goop them up with some more stuff.

What would you recommend me using around the glass and in the rear aroun the projector ??

it might look a little ugly from the top...but if you put a good amount of silicone around it it should be fine...

If you use silicone I would make sure it has good bonding ability with plastic. I used silicone and found out the bonding to plastic characteristics was a 7 out of 10 and its peeling away and I also get condensate in my R34'S. It goes away once it stops raining or becomes less humid out. Best thing to use in my opinion would be a good two part Epoxy specifically for plastic, ABS plastic etc. It would also be a lot easy and less messy to buy the 2 part epoxy cartridges that you can insert in to a special epoxy gun that are available... but some of them can get expensive. Luckily I have a company Hilty Epoxy gun which is $75 all I need now is the Epoxy and Im going to remove and reseal mine. Check out the Hilty website if you want to go this route.

Hot melt glue, then a layer of silicone. At least it worked for me - thus far.
