'99 max What to look out for?
Budget is still around AFAIK.
Any exhaust nut you need will be 10x1.25. Generally speaking, 14mm head.
You'll probably get anywhere from 4-6 quarts of ATF when you drop the pan, personally I'd get 7 or 8, then just keep the extra stored away somewhere.
A FSTB is a FSTB, really. They all pretty much do the same exact thing, only difference is materials and fitment; IME, every eBay strut bar I've seen has fit all but perfectly. They may not look as pretty as a Stillen or Cattman piece, but who cares.
Is your idle set correctly?

Interesting. If you don't mind me asking should I get a budget y-pipe or a warpspeed? How can I get in touch with budget. If there is no difference I don't care who I buy it from. I had a wsp on my 3rd gen VG.
So drain from the plug, don't pull any hoses, and drop the pan is fine? I know the synthetic fluid will lower temps so I don't know if I should install an external cooler or wait till I have something more "serious" done.
Exactly what I was thinking about the fstb. I'll get that when I figure out exactly what springs to get with the gr2's.
It's at about 800 rpm. It's an automatic. It didn't always do it. Just started about a month ago.
BTW I just saw your DIY videos. The KS one was an inspiration. I have a 1/4" swivel like that, just need another 6" extension. But with my '99 I got all that crap in the way. Your video made me want to try again because I tried on a '96 but using the 1/2" stuff and that didn't work. I hope it's not too hard to remove the '99 crap to get to it.
